Login into ondemand-bitbucket

Vivek Krishnan September 26, 2013

As part of the migration; I have registered for ondemand on bitbucket.

I have taken a back up for the code and want to migrate, but when I tried that I get an error

"Permission denied (publickey)."

I understand that I do not have the public key from bitbucket and I need it.

1. I do not know the login credentials for my bitbucket ondemand account?

2. Where can I get the public key from?

Vivek, please come to support so that we can privately work with you to resend the invitation if you haven't received it. For reference, the person who actually added Bitbucket at my.atlassian.com is the only one who would have recieved this email.

Also, as you noted, you'll need to migrate your data to the OnDemand created Bitbucket account as it is not possible to change which account is associated to the OnDemand account. It is, however, possible to rename the accounts.

When you sign up for Bitbucket Atlassian OnDemand, Atlassian creates a team account and sends you an invitation to join the team. You must join the Atlassian OnDemand Bitbucket team using an individual Bitbucket account. The invitation has a link to join the team. Clicking the link directs you to log into Bitbucket. You can login using an existing Bitbucket individual account, if you have one; If you don't have a Bitbucket individual account, Bitbucket prompts you to create and log into a new account

Thanks for the response.

I created a bitbucket ondemand and I can see it on my list of ondemand link, but I never received an invitation for signup.

I have but now tried to create one on my own and imported all my repos into that, but unable to merge it as well :(.
