Jira integration problem in Stash

Dario d August 17, 2014

I've installed Stash 3.2 (licensed), and linked it to an onDemand Jira instance. everything seems to work fine, except when I click the 'Issues' column in 'Commits' for some repo, the following error is shown:

Connection lost with company.atlassian.netJIRA

This is the start of the stacktrace from atlassian-stash.log:

2LO auth is enabled in Jira, the server running Stash has NTP installed and enabled.

Thanks

Hi Dario,

Could you please try completely removing and recreating the AppLinks?

Recreating the AppLinks with its default configuration is what you need to get the integration up and running. In our experience this should solve the issue. See STASH-4254 for a reference.

If you can't work around that, could you please raise a support issue with us on https://support.atlassian.com?

This way we can have a look at your logs.

Thank you!

Best regards,

I already contacted support, they gave me the same answer and it fixed the issue.
Thanks.
