Hi,
I've created a user in JIRA with the same email address as one of our staff's email address used for his Bitbucket account. He can log in to both but somehow when in Bitbucket, he cannot access JIRA, Confluence, and others with the menu on the upper left corner that it does for the rest of us who use Google integration. He'd have to manually type in the address in the address bar for access. Any idea of what I could do to fix this?

Please tell the user with the issue to report this to us at support.atlassian.com. Be sure that the user includes their username when reporting the issue. We'll take a look and try to get them fixed up.
