Issue for bitbucket to connect an external postgres database

I want to connect in a external postgresql database and i have this message.

It looks like the server where you have installed Bitbucket Server is unable to reach the external DB. I would start by checking the network and firewall settings.

Actuely, i want to clone projet in stash to bibucket server  and i have this error.

This deposit was not imported. Ask your administrators to check the log files for more details bitbucket

Not sure what the issue is. You can check the logs, as mentioned in the error, and hopefully that will give you more details on why this is happening.
