Is this possible to trigger pipeline when condition match.

I want to trigger the pipeline when condition match.

I am using monorepo where multiple applications are hosted. All the applications are grouped in 2 categories, Lets say A and B. I want to trigger the pipeline for Group A only. 

Please help me if it is possible to trigger the pipeline(not steps) based on the condition.
