From Bamboo documentation, there are options to import the Jenkins Jobs. But its been mentioned that Jenkins import doesn't support matrix. There are users with different Roles. So do we need to configure this manually ?

Unfortunately there is no way to import users directly from Jenkins into Bamboo, however if you were using LDAP to manage users for your Jenkins instance you should be able to simply connect Bamboo to the LDAP directory and continue managing users via LDAP. If you do not have your users in an LDAP directory you will need to manually create them within your Bamboo instance.
