Is there a way to edit a permission role in Bitbucket Server?

I need a user permission for a project that is the same role as project admin but without the ability to edit to project permissions and settings. Mainly I need a roll that is like the Write role but with the ability to create repositories in the project.

Hi Ryan, the role you're describing does not exist in Bitbucket Server, you can find the roles available at Using project permissions
