Is there a flat repository view feature or plugin for stash.

I would like to be able to view manage repositories in Stash at the repository level. Is there a plugin/configuration for this?

Hi Chris,

Stash currently only provides a repository listing per project. Can you please communicate what you would like to achieve by listing all repositories on one single page? If we can better understand your needs and use cases then we can more quickly solve your problems and answer your questions!

we're starting with git and want to clean up as we make the move the our new VCS. Project names seem like a good idea for dividing our repos into team projects. When you share domains, services between those teams it may not make sense if you don't know the team structure/naming standards. We'd like to apply some conventions to our repository naming, then if we had a flattened view of repositories we could sort by names etc. to get a logical breakdown of our architecture without having to know how team/project structure has changed.

Thanks for the feedback, Chris. Currently, we have no plans to implement this feature in the immediate future, but if you desire, you would be able to write a plugin in Stash which adds this functionality. If you would like to try your hand at writing a plugin for Stash, please be in touch and we can help out.

We do, however, have an existing feature request for this issue: STASH-2468. I would recommend commenting/voting on the issue to voice your support.

Our current plan is to provide a repository quick search feature which would allow for more effective searching of repositories rather than a global list (which can be large, slow, and inefficient to calculate due to complex and non-aligned permissions).
