Is the "Pull Request Guidelines" integration on BitBucket Cloud not working?

I thought it'd be really cool to have but I don't see the pull request guidelines link when I'm at a pull request.

I have written a CONTRIBUTING.md but still don't see it.

Upon closer inspection, the pull request guidelines link is actually only available in the "old experience" UI. Can Atlassian add this to the "new" experience UI as well, please!

Just an update - If you are using the 'new experience', the link is hidden under the "..." button next to Approve.

Can someone from Atlassian confirm this? The add-on is still available for Bitbucket Cloud. However, has Atlassian given up on this? This is a nice little feature.
