I know you can create project variables, but can you have project-wide deployment variables?
One way I thought this could be neatly done is if you can interpolate project variables inside deployment variables, so for example make the project variable `STAGING_AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=XXX` and then in a pipeline deployment make a deployment variable `AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=${STAGING_AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID}`. I have not tried this but I imagine it would not work
