Is it possible to link stash commit messages to another server (using regex)?

Is there a way to set up stash so that when it displays commit messages with another external server?  For example, I'd like to be able to specify a regular expression, and whenever a commit message contains text that matches the regex, I'd like to specify a link to another server (for example, a documentation page, internal wiki, another issue tracker, etc).
