Is it possible to define a template for the content of pull request details?

In Stash when you create a pull request, the default behavior seems to be to populate the description field with the comments from all of the included commits.

Is it possible to change this, either with default Stash behavior or with any plugin you can suggest? We'd like to be able to define a "template" of sorts lists the types of information we want developers to provide when they create a pull request (problem description, link to design spec, etc.) and have that auto-populate into the pull request.

Is this possible?

There is a similar feature request open for adding this feature to Stash - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STASH-5185. Feel free to watch that issue for updates and comment to add more details on your specific use case.

I'm not aware of any add-ons that are currently available to provide this functionality.

I know I'm 3 years later to answer this, but the Chrome and Firefox extension Refined Bitbucket allows for this: https://github.com/refined-bitbucket/refined-bitbucket
