Is Bitbucket data center upgrade from 6.1.3 to 7.30 requires downtime?
We have a 2 node cluster and one elastic search server.
I have read in one of the Atlassian confluence that we need to stop all the nodes in cluster.

Can someone please confirm if downtime is mandatory to upgrade bitbucket datacenter

Yes, Bitbucket Data Center requires downtime during upgrades.
