from what I've read in the forums, it looks like my account may be inactive due to years of inactivity. This is the error I'm getting:
We couldn’t log you in You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.
I have tried resetting the password, deleting my cookies, trying different browsers, rebooting, nothing has worked.
I have faced this issue when logged into Bitbucket. Could you please help solve this issue? Thanks,

Your account was indeed inactive in the backend, as it had not been used for a while.
I've just set it to Active again, so you should be able to sign in successfully now.
