On Mon 3/28/2022 some files were uploaded on my account and as far as I know they would never be removed. When I tried to access them later I didn't find any of them. I need to have them urgently and would appreciate your help.

I can see that you have access to two workspaces, it's likely that one is loading by default (which has no data) and you need to select the other workspace (which likely contains the data you are referring to).
