I need to regain access to my files uploaded in 2022, what can I do?

On Mon 3/28/2022 some files were uploaded on my account and as far as I know they would never be removed. When I tried to access them later I didn't find any of them. I need to have them urgently and would appreciate your help.

Hi Amira,

Welcome to the Bitbucket Cloud community!

I can see that you have access to two workspaces, it's likely that one is loading by default (which has no data) and you need to select the other workspace (which likely contains the data you are referring to).

Please follow the steps below:

1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
2. Select All Workspaces from the dropdown
3. Open each workspace in a new tab and observe the repositories listed under each (1 has 0 repositories, the other has 20 repositories)
