My team is trying to add me to the bitbucket repository but I'm not receiving the invite emails. We didn't had any issue with Jira, we are only having trouble with bitbucket.
Can anyone from the support team check if that email got "blocked" in your system ?

I've checked our email system for the status of the email address listed on your account. It's reporting that it tried to deliver an email to you last Monday, but the mail server for your domain sent an error back saying your account didn't exist. This can happen sometimes if for instance your email address is new at your company, and your teammates tried setting you up with an Atlassian or Bitbucket account before your email server had your email account created.
I've cleared out the block on our end so delivery attempts will start again the next time an invitation is sent to you. You can double-check the email address for your account is correct and free of typos at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email to be safe.
