I'm not receiving bitbucket invitations on my mail

Hi,

My manager sent me an invitation to collaborate on a project but the invitation email doesn't arrive at all. he tried to resend the email but it didn't work either.

Could you please check this problem?

This is a community forum of fellow Atlassian users (like you). There are some Atlassian people here, too, but in general the community cannot "check" to see what's happening in your Atlassian system.

For that you will have to contact the Atlassian Bitbucket support team.

That said: I'm assuming you have already checked your SPAM/JUNK mail folder?

G'day @daniil 

I can confirm that we received SMTP bounces from your mail server, so you were added to our mail suppression list. I've just unblocked you from this list:

554 5.4.4 [internal] Domain Lookup Failed

Please ask them to try send the invitation again, I hope this helps :)
