My manager sent me an invitation to collaborate on a project but the invitation email doesn't arrive at all. he tried to resend the email but it didn't work either.
Could you please check this problem?

I've cleared your email address from an internal suppression list. This prevented emails from being delivered to you. Your manager will now need to resend the invitation, but it should go through this time.
If someone at your organization with Exchange Admin privileges (usually the IT department) can follow the steps in Unblocking Office365 emails for Atlassian Cloud, that will also help prevent this issue from occurring again in the future.
