I'm not receiving bitbucket invitations on my company email


My manager sent me an invitation to collaborate on a project but the invitation email doesn't arrive at all. he tried to resend the email but it didn't work either.

Could you please check this problem?

Hi @Ana Luiza Chagas de Sousa,

I checked the email of your community account in our system and it is not in any of our suppression lists.

I also checked our email logs for any emails sent from Atlassian to the same email address, and I don't see any Bitbucket Cloud invitation emails sent during the last 7 days.

Could you please let me know:

1. Is the invitation sent to the same email as the email of your community account (the one you used to post this question)?
Or is it sent to a different email address?

2. Does this concern Bitbucket Cloud or Bitbucket Server? If you are unsure you can ask one of your admins. Bitbucket Cloud URLs start with, while Bitbucket Server (self-hosted instance) uses a custom URL.
