I'm not receiving bitbucket invitations on my company email

Hey!

My manager sent me an invitation to collaborate on a project but the invitation email doesn't arrive at all. he tried to resend the email but it didn't work either.

Could you please check this problem?

Hi @Ana Luiza Chagas de Sousa,

I checked the email of your community account in our system and it is not in any of our suppression lists.

I also checked our email logs for any emails sent from Atlassian to the same email address, and I don't see any Bitbucket Cloud invitation emails sent during the last 7 days.

Could you please let me know:

1. Is the invitation sent to the same email as the email of your community account (the one you used to post this question)?
Or is it sent to a different email address?

2. Does this concern Bitbucket Cloud or Bitbucket Server? If you are unsure you can ask one of your admins. Bitbucket Cloud URLs start with https://bitbucket.org/, while Bitbucket Server (self-hosted instance) uses a custom URL.
