I have paid 25 dollars(for 25 users) on the 2016-06-13, then it downgrade me on the 2016-07-07. Which is less than a month. So I paid 25 dollars(fro 25 users) on the 2016-07-07, until today(2016-07-21) I got downgrade again! This time is only 2weeks. What is going on here? Please help.
I'd take this one up with Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com - you'll need to go to them eventually to issue any refunds even if we could tell you more, so you might as well start there.
