Just two days ago, I could able to login to my bit bucket account(venkata.nutalapati@zekelman.com) via both Chrome, Opera browsers, using normal userId and web password. I have to set my app password for pushing my code using command line git though.
Today, when I tried through Chrome, it failed. While the same url worked with out entering userId, or password (could be SSO) in Opera Browser. I am using my password correctly (from my notebook).
I can understand that for pushing the code, I have to set the app password, but why the web login works in Opera and does not in Chrome, while both worked fine just two days ago ?
What is the concept here ?
@Venkata Nutalapati welcome to the Atlassian community
Have you tried Chrome incognito mode? If you are logged into Chrome with a different account that could be the issue?
@Brant Schroeder
Appreciate your response. I did try just now. No help ! Please see the screen snippet.

@Venkata Nutalapati if you login with that account in a different browser does the same thing happen?
Could it have been a different account? Are you the repository owner?

@Brant Schroeder Yes, I am the owner or have write permissions on the repository as I have pushed code to it a few times already. Some one else in my organization created the repo though.
The two browsers, have the same repository as a bookmark. One is working the other is not currently, which were(both) working a couple days ago.

@Venkata Nutalapati what happens if you use Firefox? I still think it has to do with your account that you are logged into Chrome with.

@Venkata Nutalapati can you check in Opera and see if the username / account information is the same? Could you possibly have two accounts?
