I cannot approve pull request neither add comments

Hi,

I am experiencing a couple of weird issues at Pull Requests management page. 

I cannot approve Pull request nor comment on it, it's just stuck like this:

I have no clue was going on. We've reviewed my permissions and is all granted. It is happening in every project on my organisation.
