I can't receive invitation email on Bitbucket

Hello,

I do not get invitation e-mails from any workspaces. It is my first day on the project and I cannot join the repositories! What can I do?

I do not get the e-mail about the bug report I created either.

Hi @Matei-Stefan Ranga and welcome to the community.

I see that you have opened a support ticket for this issue and it has been handled there. Your email address was in a suppression list because the first time Bitbucket tried to send you an email, there was a hard bounce response from your mail server.

The engineer working on your ticket removed your email address from the suppression list. If your email account is operational now, you can ask one of your admins to resend any invitations. New invitations need to be sent, as the previous ones were dropped.
