I can't change "Author" in the commits list

I changed my profile name but bitbucket still shows the old one. I also changed my name for git as described here https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserverkb/commit-in-bitbucket-server-shows-a-different-username-than-the-one-that-pushes-the-code-779171816.html

but nothing changed.

I don't want to change the user name I just changed the name showing as "Author".

UPD I checked "C:\Users\USERNAME\.gitconfig", it has proper name. But "Author" on bitbucket site still is showing the old one.

UPD2. Weird! On the page of repository on the right under "Recent activity" I see a new name, why not as "author"??

Why and how I can fix it?

Okay, I restarted my git bush, pushed again and this time it worked. I don't know why. Maybe because of time lag :)
