I can login successfully; but I can't find the repo for my project. How do I find this?

Is there a primary admin on our company account?  Does that person need to do something to give me access?  If the primary admin is no longer employed, how do we assign a new admin?

Hi Eldon,

When I check your Atlassian account in our system, I see that it doesn't have access to any Bitbucket Cloud workspace.

One of the admins of the Bitbucket Cloud workspace your team is using will need to send you an email invitation by adding you to its Administrators user group.

You can open a ticket with the support team, give them the workspace ID and ask them what are the options to gain admin access.

The workspace ID is in the URL where your company's repos can be found, e.g. https://bitbucket.org/workspace-id/. If you don't know what this is, you can ask one of the developers in your company who works on these repos.

You can then open a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Theodora
