I am not receiving any emails related my work account which I used for bitbucket

Hi, 

 

I have registered with bitbucket using my work email but I couldn't receive any emails related to bitbucket like verification email.

Hi Vijay Adithya,

I checked in our system and I saw a hard bounce event for this email, created on 8th October 2020.

It looks that there might have been an attempt to create an account or an invitation was sent before the email was operational. The hard bounce informs us that the email does not exist and in this case it is placed in a suppression list, as we no longer try to resend to non-existing emails.

I went ahead and removed the email from the suppression list, could you please try creating the account now?

In case you were sent any Bitbucket invitations, please ask for those to be resent. New invitations need to be sent, because the previous ones, if any, would have been dropped.
