How to set to log in to the bit bucket only on one designated PC?

The ip limit is not suitable because it can be connected from multiple PCs of the same ip.
Like mac address, how do you log in and access only one designated pc?

This isn't really a Bitbucket question, you'd need to set up your networking so that the target machine has a known, static and unique IP address (so it's not behind a NAT service and so-on).  Then you'd be able to whitelist only that machine.
