How to reload plugin during dev without restarting?

Annie April 6, 2013

I'm building a Stash plugin and was wondering if there's a way I can get it to reload my code changes without having to stop and start my Stash instance? I'm using atlas-run in my plugin directory to start up Stash and Ctrl+d to stop it. As you can imagine this is slowing down my development!

Hi Annie,

I'm sure it would! And luckily there is a very easy solution. You can run atlas-cli to start a command-line session and then 'pi' (plugin install) to hot-deploy just your plugin. Makes things a little easier. :)

The answer was relevant at the time but the atlas-cli is deprecated now, better to use quick relaod
