How to publish .net core (c# code) at particular location

Hi team,

I've .NET core 2.2 C# code and I also have pipeline to build & create publish code and then deploy publish code (.dlls files) instead of all code files. Please help me in that and provide me below mentioned commands

1. build command for my project

2. publish command (to create .dlls files)

3. create publish code in my repository in branch at particular folder.
