We have a release branch to which many PRs(Say 10) are raised from different developers.
Jenkins pipeline will run for all the commits in their respective branches.
Now, If one of the PR is merged , the state of release branch is changed and the next person is not allowed to merge the code.
He has to take the latest changes and update the PR and run the Jenkins build again.
1. Do we have any mechanism to Inform all pending PR authors about changed state of release branch? Right now, only approved PR author and reviewers get the notification.
2. When the merge happens, and If there are any Jenkins builds going-on, Is there a way to stop the jenkins jobs.
