How to make (almost) the same Bitbucket repository and keep them both synced?

We have our repository on Bitbucket.

I need to make another one which have same content minus one file, but without history of original one. These repositories need to be synced, except that important file.
What is smart way for do this?

Hi Dragan, I'm afraid there's not gonna be a direct or easy way to achieve that. In Bitbucket Server you have the option to sync forks, but that wouldn't allow you to exclude one file. You can read about this feature at Keeping forks synchronized.
