How to integrate bitbucket triggers into new projects for workflow automation

We were working with old projects but we migrated to new Jira projects because of their simplicity and roadmap feature.

 

Sadly we had the awesome Bitbucket triggers so we automated the development workflow but now we lost that feature or at least I don't know where to find something that can move a ticket automatically after a branch or pull request is created.

I was expecting to see something here, but I'm not able to find a way to automate issue transitions.

Unfortunately the next gen projects do not have that functionality yet where you can modify the workflow. Check out this suggestion, JSWCLOUD-17392, it has a sub task to get workflow triggers added to next gen, JSWCLOUD-17721
