How to give acces a user to a specific repository ?

hi,

i got 3 users, 2 groups

group admin
group developer

inside the developer group, i would like to restrict one particular user to one or multiple specific repository

i don't want the user to see and access to all my repository

how to do that ?

You can achieve this by using project permissions where you can add specific repositories to a project with permissions.
