Suppose we have a Bitbucket with automatic merge for the release branches in place and a connected Jira.
As we are in a regulatory environment we need to do excessive testing and documentation. So we need to raise a testing task in Jira for every Jira-issue that was previously resolved with the pull request (identified in the commit messages).
Does anybody know a smart way to make this happen?
Sure, in theory I could write a script triggered by a web hook then using the Jira REST interface. But the "pull Request" type in the payload does not contain related Jira issues...
