How to clone repository from custom bitbucket site?

I'm on Custom bitbucket site and want to pull the repository data. 

Steps performed:

1.  Downloaded JIRA & BITBUCKET extension
2. Added Custom bitbucket site with Username and password.  

What is next step to clone?
