How to add hook plugin without market place

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Using repository hooks

We are using stash and we would like to have it trigger bamboo builds but I think we need the hook plugin...  Can someone please tell me how we can get it install from within a firewall??  we dont have market place access from server

You can always download any add-on separately from the Marketplace and upload it locally via the Universal Plugin Manager (UPM) as outlined in Managing add-ons:

Bitbucket Server comes with many pre-installed add-ons (called system add-ons). You can install more add-ons, either by acquiring the add-on from the Atlassian Marketplace or by uploading it from your file system. [...] [emphasis mine]

Once you have the add-on on your local file system, you can install it by going to Administration => Manage add-ons => Upload add-on:
