How do you remove a repository from a project?

Every repository is always part of a project. Even if you never created any custom projects, your team comes with a default project that all existing repos are automatically placed under.

This Project system is pretty bad. It should be reverted and made an opt in feature. Also, removing the options for repo icons was quite foolish. A repo is a project for my use cases and I don't need each repo to sit in its own lonely folder.
