How do I see changes live on a website?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this whole world of Bitbucket, all I used in the paste was blogger and WP, given the fact that I want to create a web application, I starting looking and found that DJANGO is the right framework for me because I want to code this website in Python. The fact is I'm very confused indeed right now, I couldn't understand where to start, nor do I know what to do inside my Bitbucket members area that I just signed up for, on WP or blogger, you can go to the code, modify it, go to your website hit refresh, and then boom you see things changes. How does that work exactly on Bitbucket?

How can I create a web app on python that I can then move to my host on the google cloud platform?

You need a ci/cd app to deploy the code from Bitbucket:

candidates are Bamboo, TeamCity, Jenkins, TravisCI, GitlabCI, Circle CI, etc.
