How do I remove myself from a bitbucket repo I created?

Bruce Fletcher July 5, 2017

I created a repo using my personal Bitbucket account, then created a new company account and tried to hand the project over. The new me has access to the account and everything is fine there, but the old me still shows up in the list of people to assign issues to, for instance.

How do I remove my old self from the project entirely?

I figured it out. I had to add my company account (probably better phrased as a "me as an employee" account) to the group I created for the project, then from that new user account I could remove my personal account as both an administrator and a developer for the project.

Not too hard, once you know what to look for.
