How do I integrate Bitbucket with JIRA?

I downloaded and installed Bitbucket before I had JIRA and now I need to integrate the two, how can I do this?

Assuming, since you say 'downloaded', you are wanting to integrate Bitbucket Server to a JIRA Software server, have a look at the documentation here:
