When I try to login, I get the following error:
You can no longer log in with a username. Use your Atlassian account email address instead.
I am unable to reset passwords or do anything to unlock the account.
Hi Lisa, indeed logging in with a username is no longer possible, you need to log in with your email address. Do you remember which email address was associated to your Bitbucket account?
If you don't you can tell us which is your username so we can check in our system and help you log in. If you don't want to share that info publicly, you can raise a support ticket with us at support.atlassian.com.
