My bitbucket account uses my work/university email. I will soon be retiring and wish to change to my personal email. However my bitbucket profile says this must be done through my atlassian account. When I access this it says it is a managed account and I need to contact the administrator. I have no idea who this is. I don't use any of the other atlassian services except bitbucket, though I may well be registered for them. What can I do to change my email?
You'll need to talk to the administrator of your domain, they might be able to release your account from their management and let you change the email.
You'll need to ask other people using Atlassian stuff with managed accounts who the admins are.
