How can users in a repository push commits with their own credentials?

I have a Bitbucket repository where I am the "admin" and I collaborate with a developer who has "write" access (see attached pic).

When he pushes a commit, he uses my avatar because otherwise he has to constantly change his name and email like this:

git config --global "YOUR NAME"
git config --global "YOUR EMAIL"

Is there a way so that each user in a repository can sign with their own avatar without having to change their name/email everytime?bitbucket_commits.png
