I want to implement some kind of custom merge check that will compare filenames in the PR with current develop after clicking the 'merge' button. The thing is that another PR could be got into develop with indentical filename after our PR had been rebased against old develop. This is not the kind of git conflict, because we want to disallow to have numbers in filenames being identical in the single folder. They should be in the sequence.
How could it be done? Is there only option to write the custom plugin? If so, what the steps to achieve this?
