How can I configure bitbucket a plugin per project?

Hi all,

What I need:

I want to trigger a Jenkins job, which runs a Sonarqube, so the Sonarqube adds comments directly to a pull request.

I want to trigger the build when the pull request is opened (or reopened) and when something is commited (to this pull request).

My problem:

I need a configuration per project (disable/enable, jenkins job link, jenkins user and token, etc).

How can I configure the plugin per project? I can add a hook with configuration, but how can I access this configuration in PullRequestOpenedEvent? I saw that it's available via REST API.

Alternatively how can I create a configuration panel for my plugin in each project settings? For example Workzone plugin has something like this:
