According to this link, there is on OAuth 2.0 support for Bitbucket Server: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/BitBucket-Server-OAuth-2-0-Support/qaq-p/595368
We have a script that uses the RESTful api to get information from our Bitbucket Server We are using Basic Authentication and would prefer to use OAuth.
I'm on Bitbucket Server 4.14.0 and I can't find any documentation that will tell me how to get the secret and key from bitbucket. Plus there doesn't appear to be anything in the user interface that *might* be a place to get it.
There are various places where there is a pointer to a page which is gone or some vague reference to JIRA Oauth.
Can anyone tell me how to get the Oauth 1.0a secret and key from Bitbucket server? Or, possibly, tell me that it's not possible?
Thanks
Dave
Hopefully this link will help, https://bitbucket.org/atlassian_tutorial/atlassian-oauth-examples
It has OAuth code samples in several programming languages. I found it when looking at the Bitbucket REST documentation.
