My locally hosted bitbucket server fails to start. The error I get is a permission error
I believe that bitbucket is not talking to the postgreSQL database.
I CAN access the database via pgAdmin 4 and DO have access to it from there.
when I run the start_service.bat file I get
"The service did not start due to a logon failure. System error 1069 has occurred"
What permissions can I check/reset on either the database or windows itself?
