Good Afternoon,
We are seeing a sporadic issue when creating branches where Bitbucket changes the casing of one character in a branch name causing the link between Bitbucket and Bamboo to break. It appears that it happens the most when creating a "new" local branch in Git then pushing it to Bitbucket using CLI creating the new branch in Bitbucket.
The version section in the branch name is v80r9, version 80 release 9.
Local: dionc/v80r9/<branch name>
Bitbucket: dionc/v80R9/<branch name>
Bamboo: dionc-v80r9-<branch name>
Even the logs in Bitbucket show the correct casing (little 'r'), however, the saved branch has the capital 'R'. Furthermore, it is always only the r in the version section in the branch name that gets modified.
Has anyone else seen this?
