We are running bitbucket server in our environment. Yesterday we had the logging/scanning utility flood the logs. The logs were emptied and the server rebooted. This morning has issues with cloning and the logs suggest it was due to LFS. We saw this in the log;

When I checked the server settings the option to enable git-lfs was no longer visible. It is also not visible on the repository settings. Any ideas what caused this. Our setup was working up until yesterday evening.
