Grant permissions to a repository from the CLI in Bitbucket Cloud

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Grant users and groups access

Hi,

I need to modify the permissions to all our repo, granting permissions to some new groups that have been created. We are using Bitbucket Cloud that has less features compared to Bitbucket Server.

I was wondering if there is a way to use the CLI to modify the permissions on a repo and then push it in the cloud.

Could you please give me some suggestions ?

Thank you very much

Marco

There isn't a way to modify permissions from the CLI. You have to go into Bitbucket to do that. If you just want to grant repo access to new groups you'll need to go into each repo to add the group. Here's some instructions on how to do that: New group access on existing repositories

Hope that helps!

Thank you Caitlin smile

Yes it's exactly what I did. Unfortunately i had to go in each repo (they were something like 80) and change all permissions.

Thank you for your answe smile
